I was a bit hesitant to try Kibo for sushi with only one review to go off of, but with limited food options besides Mexican, I decided to give it a shot. Arriving just before their 10 p.m. closing time, I was relieved to find they were still open and serving other customers. Opting for the Super Spicy Roll, I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion size and fresh taste of the fish, accompanied by a flavorful wasabi kick. Overall, Kibo is a great spot for a non-Mexican meal, complete with good drinks, a TV, and fresh sushi options.
