The lunch experience featured outstanding rice, sweet and smoky beans, delicious coleslaw, and ample, mild catfish, all for $5.75. I tried the Cajun catfish tacos, which surprised me with pita-like shells, but the lightly breaded catfish was tender and flavorful. While the service was slow and the cleanliness left something to be desired, the quality of the food, especially the mustard Cajun catfish, made the visit worthwhile, and I look forward to trying more menu items in the future.
