Luke and The Hindquarter were one of our earliest wedding bookings, and we were ecstatic to have them cater for us! The idea of fire-cooked food immediately drew us in, but it was my first chat with Luke that sealed the deal. His expertise and calming demeanor made the whole planning process a breeze, especially since we were organizing everything from out of state. The food was absolutely stunning, and we received countless compliments from guests about it being the best wedding food they've ever had!
