The Maid-Rite restaurant chain has been a staple in Muscatine, Iowa, for nearly a century, and you can really taste why. I enjoyed their loose beef sandwich topped with mustard, pickles, and onions, which was delicious, and I couldn't resist trying the crispy fried chicken with sides-everything was fresh and hot.
