The Club Muroc on Tuesday served the Korean Bulogi Lunch. The meat was way over cooked, dry and served with Minute rice. The portion for the price was very small.
This is the fourth time I have eaten at the Club Muroc, and I would give a rating of "F". The Contract that is issued does not justify a good rating at all.
When the Contractor that had the contract back in the 1995 through 2000 era, had served two Catfish Filets with a large portion of Mashed Potato and the ability to get the diced onion from the salad bar.
On Fridays, they always had a char broiled steak lunch. I wish we could have the same quality of food that the Navy has at their clubs that are in San Diego.
