Apple Green Bistro is a fantastic choice for authentic Chinese cuisine in the South Bay, where the flavors are consistently impressive and the atmosphere is inviting. The Seafood Egg Tofu and Szechuan spicy cold noodles are some of my absolute favorites, showcasing the restaurant's ability to deliver both comforting and adventurous dishes. With a diverse menu and reasonable prices, it's a place I eagerly return to for delicious meals and great service every time.
