I'm on a quest for the best tacos in East Oakland, and luckily, there are plenty of taco trucks open late. One of my favorites is Taco Zamorano, where I can't get enough of their flavorful al pastor and carne asada tacos, especially since they accept cards and have crisp tortillas.
