Always closed use to stop there every Tuesday night with my husband

Online states their delivery hours are until closing, however, I placed an order for my Grandmother to be delivered to her at 9:45 p.m. on a night they close at 10 p.m. because nobody had made it home to get her dinner yet. Her sleep schedule is whack. Anyway, 5 minutes after I placed the order, I received a call stating they stopped deliveries 20 minutes before closing, and asked if I would like to change it to carry-out instead. I explained that the order was for a woman in her 80's that doesn't drive and there was no way anybody could pick it up. I also asked about their hours on their website to which I received a, "Those aren't set by us in the store, but by the company who owns the store itself."
Umm...then that means you are supposed to uphold those hours set by the company you work for.

Needless to say, my Grandmother had a PB&J for dinner because the employees decided they can change the hours to whatever they want.

This isn't the first issue we have had with this particular store. Usually it is messed up orders, late deliveries, and horrible service.

If there was an option to give 0 Stars, that would still be too generous.
