I was pleasantly surprised by the food truck across from Denali Park Village. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. I particularly enjoyed the Pad Thai, although it lacked the usual peanuts and green onions. The service was quick, and there are picnic tables outside for dining. A great alternative to the pricier dining options nearby.
