As a discerning foodie, I judge restaurants by their cashew chicken, and this one's in a league of its own. The sweet-and-sour shrimp and hot and sour soup are equally captivating, with generous portions that never disappoint. Even after moving from San Diego, the freshness and flavor here have made it a cherished destination for my family, where the service is as warm as the food.

Took my family , we were all very please, both with the food(fantastic) and the service!!
Waitress was attentive, yet not irritateing

I have been eating at shanghi since it oppened! I LOVE the shanghi shrimp. the owners are so nice and they can speek fine english! I have worked there as well and I know that it is clean. if you ever have an issue with an order just take it back to them and they will fix it. they want to make their paying costomers happy. I'm sure who ever posted the other comment, didnt do that.

this is my number one favorite spot and it is for many many many locals as well.

if it was possible i would leave this place zero stars and shut it down. the food is very poor quality. if you order through the drive thru. i recommend that you ask for a receipt because they charge you whatever they feel like instead of the price that is on the menu. for example their chicken is already white meat and i have noticed that they add extra money if you ask for white meat which i accidentally do. My family and i have started going down the street to Canton Buffet. They are so much nicer, cleaner and more honest. Their prices may be about .50 cents higher but it is worth it. They have a bigger variety and friendlier service. I do not like dishonest people and disgusting food. please do not eat at Shanghai Buffet. if you do not believe me, please ask for a written receipt. they probably will make one up because both owners do not speak English very well so double check it.

The Jalapeno Chicken is THE BEST! I order it extra spicy and it has plenty of jalapenos and really is something to try! Love the Lo Mein too! When you go thru the drive thru it is made fresh to order!
