Filthy staff is rude they don't deserve the low sanitation grade of 88 was way more than they deserved

Our food was very good. However, according to the menu it was supposed to be served with steamed rice. The rice NEVER came. Our waitress could barely speak English. When we tried to ask about the rice, she insisted it did not come with rice. Since we had so much trouble understanding here, we just let it go. Probably won't go back.
