This was a crazy night! We arrived around midnight and wasn't seated for about 45 minutes even though it was slow. I could hear the front staff getting onto the kitchen staff. About an hour of waiting for our food one cowboy asked the waiter about the food. He told the server that he could see the cook in the back was just sitting and eating. It quickly escalated and the server told the cowboy to take it outside. They proceeded to get in fight inside the restaurant. I was very nervous for my family's safety. In all it took about 2 hours from the time we came in to the time we got our food. Then we still had to talk to the police about what took place. The lady running the register didn't say a work to the server and just let him fight these older gentleman. One guy came back in with blood all over his shirt and bleeding from the mouth. It was very unprofessional and there were kids present. It could have quickly turned into an even more dangerous situation.
