When the manager is not there the service is horrible. If you eat in the restaurant, the waitress take for ever to take your order and when the food arrive, it is cold. When your order by phone and arrive to the restaurant to pick up your food. Guess what, your food was never ordered.

Never thought Columbian food would be so full of great taste. My family and I always enjoy going to Pubto Rojo for the food, friendly hospitality, meal portions, and price. Would recommend Punto Rojo to others looking for authentic Columbian Food.
