I tried the peanut butter ice cream with Dutch cocoa cookie and it was my favorite so far. The ice cream sandwiches are quite large and very good. The cookies are perfectly chewy with a balanced sweetness, and the ice cream is creamy and full of flavor. They're always a hit at our office events.
