The sub shop is a favorite of mine, thanks to the delicious sandwiches and friendly chats with the owner. Their focus on quality Italian ingredients, especially the freshly baked Italian bread, sets them apart from other places with a wider selection. I always make sure to support Richie's over the chain sandwich shops whenever I'm in Madison, and I'm thrilled they're back open after being closed last summer and during the winter and spring visits.
