I am a huge fan of Big Biscuit! When the Blue Springs location temporarily closed, I was devastated, but when they reopened, I was overjoyed. Their Cinnamon Roll pancakes are the size of a large dinner plate and their Traditional Eggs Benedict is absolutely fantastic with thick, soft English muffins and perfect hollandaise sauce.
