This is still my favorite Sno-ball stand but today was the first time in 12 years I've had this experience. I ordered my sno- ball as usual , the young lady went to hand it to me and I asked , what happened to top? It looked like it had collapsed. She ignored me and began speaking to the person behind me. I asked, Can my top be done over? She snatched the cup out of my hand and slammed the window. I really miss the people that use to work here . They greeted and treated you kindly especially the regulars
