Everytime I take an order from here it's horrible service

Everytime I get a door dash for this location it's a long wait and bad service. I just had to cancel a dash order because I went in to pick up at the mobile order where it says "skip the line and pick up here" BS. The woman told me to go stand in line even though I showed her the dash order. Then I stand in like for 20 plus mins to get to the counter and she says she doesn't have the order even though this is an order requested by the merchant. Never doing those dash deliveries for this Wendy's again. & will definitely never come here as a customer. Completely a waste of my time and money.
