During my visit near the USC campus, I tried the chicken chow mein, which features thick egg noodles, cabbage, and chicken. The dish had a surprisingly peppery sauce inspired by Hong Kong, giving it a unique twist, although the noodles were firmer than expected. While the chicken was of decent quality, I felt the portion size didn't justify the $8.50 price tag, and I might explore the Taiwanese-style popcorn chicken on my next visit.
