I had an amazing experience recently during National Hispanic Heritage Month at Cubanisimo Vineyards in Oregon's stunning Willamette Valley, nestled right in charming Salem. The owner, Dr. Mauricio Collada Jr., has a fascinating story of fulfilling the American dream after his family immigrated from Havana, Cuba. The vineyard's vibrant tasting room, with panoramic vineyard views, offers a wonderful fusion of heritage, camaraderie, and quality estate Pinot Noirs that truly make this winery a special place to visit.
