I'd been eyeing Horse Heaven Hills Brewery for years and finally made it there a few weeks back during some festival buzz. The Apricot Honey beer hit the spot, plus the bonus bowl of peanuts was a nice touch. The vibe at the brewery was chill and the service was friendly, making it a top pick for a laid-back beer stop in Prosser.
