Visited Francisco's today and was impressed by their Mexican sweetbreads selection - absolutely delicious. Brought back fond memories of the ones we used to enjoy in Fresno as kids. Reasonably priced, fresh, and great service - will definitely be returning soon for their quality custom cakes and treats.
