This beloved ice cream spot in OBX has been a favorite of mine for over 15 years, offering delicious milkshakes, frozen coffees, and a variety of classic toppings. The view of the sound and sunset from the boardwalk adds to the charm of this little window serving homemade scoop ice cream with generous chunks of cookie dough in flavors like cookies and cream. While the service is efficient, the only drawback was the low-grade straws, but overall, it's a great place for a sweet treat with a view on the boardwalk next to the sound.
