My wife and I discovered these delectable kale chips at Wilmington's Riverfront Farmers' Market, providing a satisfying vegan snack option. The owners of this Vegan Cafe are incredibly welcoming and have quickly become some of the friendliest individuals we've encountered in Wilmington.
