A road trip from Arkansas to Springfield for some cashew chicken led me to Canton Inn, where the crispy, juicy chicken drenched in sauce was nothing short of heavenly. The friendly staff and speedy service made the experience even better, and I couldn't help but notice everyone else enjoying their General Tso's and Sesame Chicken-looks like I've struck culinary gold!

I drove to Springfield for Canton Inn's cashew chicken and was impressed by the crispy, juicy chicken. The beef lo mein was flavorful, though slightly dry, and the service was friendly and quick.
