I discovered this restaurant/market through their products at a local market near Perdido Key. The bacon wrapped jalapeños and andouille sausage were flavorful and satisfying. While the chicken stuffed with cornbread dressing was beautifully presented and easy to prepare, the dressing was overly salty for my taste. Despite this, the moist and delicious chicken left a lasting impression. I look forward to exploring more of their offerings, hoping they dial back on the saltiness.
