Went to the restaurant after having a wonderful experience once before. This night was not wonderful at all, I ordered a dish and wanted to exchange the dish, I had not ate from it or anything. When I requested a new dish I was told that I would have to pay for the dish I did not eat AT ALL and the new dish I requested, when I asked why because I was not aware of this policy, the waiter said "because you ordered it duh", he had a very rude attitude. I requested to speak with a manager or the owner and a guy came and spoke with me who was not the manager or owed, but pretended to be. As soon as he came to speak with me he seemed annoyed already. I told him the issue and he said that I would indeed have to pay for a dish I did not eat, I asked him was it in the policy or written on the menu, he then told me "no". I told him that was an odd policy because I had never heard of such at any other restaurant, normally if you do not like a dish, haven't eaten it or are unsatisfied then you aren't normally charged for the meal. They made me pay for a meal I did not eat at all, and did not take the dish home because I did not want it. My cousin was also with me, and ordered the hibachi, they gave her a salad with only lettuce, but gave everyone around us a salad with lettuce and shredded carrots and gave them their soup. She had to request her soup because she was conveniently forgotten about, but everyone else around us received everything they ordered. It seems that if you are a certain color then they do not want treat you with the same kindness as others. I loved their food the first time I visited, but will not be visiting again.

My husband and I took our newborn here for dinner. The waitress accidentally bumped into his high chair and his carrier was knocked off. Luckily he was strapped in and the handle to his carrier hung on the corner of the table. Unfortunately our newborn hit his head and his head was red and swollen in the area of impact. The staff just stared and said nothing while the incident happened. FINALLY 30 minutes after the incident the waitress apologized. The management offered no apology and showed no kind of care or concern about our newborn. We had to take our son to the emergency room where the doctors had to closely monitor him.

I have eaten here 3 times and I love it .the place is clean and the people make you feel welcome. Live this place
