Rip off! This is the second time I have placed an online order and my bank account was charged for the food and when I went to pick my order the staff told me that my card was never charged and that in order to get the food I would need to pay for it again. Both times I have showed them that the money was taken from my account and was still told that I needed to pay for the food again. I have been told that my money would be refunded, which never happened.
