We decided to go for the three meat platter and wow, the California Tri-Tip Steak totally blew me away! The brisket was mouthwatering and the Memphis Style Dry Rub Ribs were a delicious treat. The sides were decent, but honestly, the meat stole the show-I'll definitely be coming back for more!
