Good Food

Today we stopped in for lunch.It took 40 minutes to receive it from time of order to delivery.There were 6 other tables in restaurant.Our food was cold,Shredded cheese on top of melted cheese probably because it sat too long,crunch fries.We mentioned to our server who gave a discount which we had already waited too long for food and was not willing to wait any longer.
The servers,bartender and someone from kitchen were running around like a bear was loose in building.Never saw such a commotion..We have tournaments..Slow down,relax and take care of customers.
One server or busser,not sure took 5 trips to clear a table,2 plates,walk back to kitchen,4 glasses,back to kitchen etc.I am a server,,use a tray,save steps,No empty hands in or out of kitchen.Someone needs to teach this whole group of servers how to serve.I am very disappointed in my visit to Durangos in Superior,Mt.

The place is most excellent to eat at. We eat there every time we drive through.
