La Cabanita food truck catered our daughter's graduation party with a street festival vibe post-Creighton ceremony, serving nearly 200 guests. Not that great, definitely overpriced, and not flexible, either. Spouse just asked for no rice or tortillas on the $14 chicken fajitas plate, but also clearly got served half as much meat and veggies as my plate! (All served in separate piles, so it was obvious.) Definitely not worth the price, and not very flavorful anyway.
