I was in Melbourne for a camping trip near Mountain View, AR, and needed to feed a group of 10 people on a Sunday. Despite my initial skepticism about the small town, the staff at the only open restaurant were friendly, the service was prompt, and the California burrito was delicious. The waiters resembled football players and the chips and salsa were surprisingly good, making my meal of enchiladas with beans and rice a pleasant surprise in this rural Arkansas town with limited dining options.
