The food at Newk's is delicious, but I was disappointed when they closed early with my online order and didn't respond to my knocks. Despite that, my family always enjoys the great food and customer service at this restaurant with a fantastic atmosphere and plenty of seating options inside and out. The young man named Jessie/Jesse is always polite and cheerful when serving our food, making our dining experience even more pleasant.
