They are awful at this location and super disrespectful to the customers. Check your orders before you go. Report disrespectful employees to corporate.

The drive thru service is HORRIFYING! I've had Panera twice this week and BOTH times they got my order wrong!! Not to mention, the Sandwiches are made as well as a five year old could make one!!! I have also had a couple family members who have had Panera recently and they to had POOR SERVICE. I blame the employees but, mostly the MANAGEMENT!!! GET IT TOGETHER HOWELL, MI PANERA. Terrible Place. Go to a DIFFERENT PANERA!!!
