I finally checked out The Hatchet after hearing so many good things, and it completely blew me away. My group and I shared some appetizers and enjoyed the fantastic local draft beer and cider selection. The crispy brussel sprouts and Hatchet wings were standout favorites for me, along with the spicy karaage Chicken sandwich topped with a perfectly cooked egg. The variety of flavorful options on the menu made it hard to choose, but I can't wait to go back and try more!
