Recently enjoyed the 9 and dine experience at The Summit Restaurant at The Ridge Golf Course. For $27, got to play 9 holes with a cart and enjoy a delicious dinner starting at 5 pm. Opted for the standard size prime rib, perfectly cooked medium rare, while others in the group raved about the ribeye steak and fish options. The Summit Grill offers a great patio overlooking the golf course, making it a serene spot for both couples and golfers to unwind with appetizers, drinks, or dinner.
