I walked into Stacked & Folded and was immediately struck by the welcoming staff eager to help with any menu queries. The regulars streaming in while I waited for my meal added to the lively atmosphere, making me feel like I was part of the local scene. The short rib banh mi with tater tots was a total winner - crispy tots and tender meat with a flavorful Serrano aioli. I'll definitely be back for more delicious eats at this gem of a spot!
