Reviews for Juicy's Giant Hamburgers

The one on Well's has always had excellent customer service and excellent food. They have some of the best burgers in town (Sorry Awful Awful). Their milk shakes are nice and creamy, obviously made with good ingredients and not cheap watered down mixes. The fries are crisp on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside with the right amount of salt. You get to watch them cook everything right in front of you so you know it hasn't been sitting and just reheated when ordered.
I've never eaten at the other two locations, however, reading the other reviews makes me wonder if they're even ran by the same people.

Menu needs to be updated. Checked menu for Wells location and it gave me Glendale's and the location on Wells does not have everything that the Glendale's location has. It's a bummer when you crave something from the menu and come to find out they don't have it :(

Have now been to the longley location twice. Thier burgers are ok. They would do well working on thier signiture flavor and perfecting thier cooking times. Both times have been overcooked. The fries are very good.

Haven't been to the one on Wells in over 20 years. Tried the new location at Longely & McCarran on 5/24/13 approx. 6 PM. Order was to go; burgers were burnt on the outdise, raw on the inside and everthing was over salted. Never getting burgers there again!

The young lady who took the order had zero people skills in the customer service department; she is young and hopefully that can be changed.

Burgers and fries. This place has a limited menu but what they do have, they do well. This is what a burger should be. Quality beef cooked to order. Prices are great. We love it. Call in for take out or eat there.
