The service at Oakland Cafe was exceptional, with the staff being very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for either studying or catching up with friends. I enjoyed the delicious avocado smoothie and the quality of the hookah was great. I definitely plan on returning in the near future.
