I discovered a variety of Leapknot coffee that has captivating aromas, with my favorites being the Mexico Chiapas, which features notes of graham cracker and chocolate, and the Road Trip, known for its chocolate undertones. The experience of coffee here transcends mere consumption; it embodies an art form, reflecting the enthusiasm of Travis and the quality of the product. They offer sample bags for $3, which provide enough for a full pot, and the beautiful location adds to the overall enjoyment of the experience.

Their roasts either have no flavor or the flavor is bitter. Wanted to like them, because they're local. Can't. If you like very acidic bitter coffee than Leapknot is for you. If you like a full-bodied smooth cup of coffee, it's not Leapknot.
Having said that, you like what you like. Try things for yourself and make up your own mind.
I'm not a fan of Starbucks. I drink my coffee straight.

best tasting coffee. Never like Starbucks because too bitter. Just like a true coffee flavor.
