I always make a point to swing by Eileen's in Hastings whenever I'm back in town visiting my parents. The monster and snickerdoodle cookies are my top picks, while my wife and daughter prefer the frosted sugar and colored cookies, especially during the holidays. Eileen's unique frosting sets their cookies apart, and despite having tried treats from all over the country, nothing compares to the taste and variety they offer.
