The service at the restaurant was fantastic. The salad bar had fresh options, and the meat service was impressive with a variety of selections being brought out quickly. Overall, our experience at the restaurant was enjoyable and we will definitely be returning.

Will never go to churracaria Saudades again. The worst service I think I have ever had. was a total rip off, you serve yourself, no water, no rolls, no potatoes and no communication. When we complained the assistant manager was dismissive and really had a don't care attitude. We got 10% of the bill when we didn't get have the food. And we were not allowed to speak to the manager, it was not with $59 per person , I would of paid $10 per person for what we actually got , THIS IS THE WORSE RESTAURANT EVER
Never again
If someone suggests this restaurant to me again I would rather go eat at a McDonald's and honestly you would get more meat at McDonald's for $8 than this restaurant paying $59 , so over priced and the staff including management don't care about the problems. Management just wanted the $$$
AVOID THIS RESTAURANT GO MCDONALD'S , BETTER SERVICE AND BETTER FOOD
