Off night with their food. Chicken fingers were dark and so greasy it was dripping off them and they weren't crispy at all...old and not hot enough oil is my guess. They forgot the brown sauce for my steamed veggies and shrimp too 🙄

I was happy that they listened when I asked for no spicy sauce. The person taking the order was very pleasant. Very dissappointed at the texture of the chicken and beef terriaki. Seems to be soaked in a liqiud I.E water, salt water. I will stick with Man Yee in Concord! Always good. Im reluctant to try the other item purchased. But staff seems to be great

Hapoy family has been around a very long time. They are a good go to Chinese restaurant. Nothing spectacular but consistently good.

We have been ordering from Happy Family since we moved to Epsom in 1997. Always friendly service and they do an great job, especially on New Year's Eve when everybody gets takeout. Its amazing to see and amazing that there are very few errors with so many orders!
