We visited this McDonald's today in Lancaster New Hampshire at 4:45 PM. We had to order via the kiosk only. There was no counter help. After plqcing our order for medium coffee and medium shamrock shake and large french fries for $11 it took 30 minutes before it was even ready!! We stood there waiting and waiting. The restaurant was filthy. They begin asking us if this was our order (brought one item at a time) as they placed a Shamrock shake on the counter. It was slowing beginning to melt as we waited for the coffee and large fries. The LARGE fries were not even 1/2 full for $3.99. When we asked if this was a large fly who would answered with "that's what you ordered" and they walked away. The shamrock shake was now half melted. It was like drinking a melted store brand of mint chocolate ice cream, very disgusting 🤢. I ended up throwing that away. What a waste of another $3.99. This must be the worst McDonald's in New England. I couldn't even get the attention of a staff worker never mind a manager. I don't think I will ever go back to this location in Lancaster New Hampshire.

after almost 30 minutes waiting for food we were told fries were hot/fresh... they were soggy. Missing items. And the real kicker... a mouthful of sand/dirt biting into a burger. Disgusted doesn't even cover it,

Longest wait ever!!!!

All day breakfast should mean all day breakfast of every item. Last two visits I tried to get a sausage biscuit, which I love, but was not available. Had to get it on an English muffin. Both visits were around 11:00 am. How hard is it to keep s biscuit to put sausage on.? I have been very disappointed. And to top it off, today we were rear ended going through the drive thru because your attendant kept motioning for the car to pull up and there wasn't room so he hit us.
