Indulge in the delectable sirloin steak with mushrooms, jalapeño, salt, pappah, and mayo at this Dover eatery, accompanied by their unreal teriyaki wings. The Buffalo pizza is a must-try, complemented by the friendly and efficient staff, and reasonable pricing. My recent move to Dover led me to discover Papa Jay's, where every delivery is prompt, accurate, and bursting with delicious flavors.
