Payed a visit to Pretzel Pretzel and loved it!!!!!! Everyone was so friendly and the pretzels were warm and soft!!!!!

Absolute fail
Called to order at 6 , kid says ummm
We're open until 7 if you just want to come in
I drive over in 2 minutes to find they are out of food , very nice of the young man to tell me drive there to find out
No thank you anyway
If the food prep is done by same people I'm sure shortcuts are taken there too

Asked for a fresh pepperoni pretzel bc the one in their counter warmer was old and dry. They made a new one but then put the dry one from the counter in my bag. Luckily I saw it and went back in. No apology, just attitude.
