The hotel I stayed at was rated three stars overall. Despite some drawbacks, such as hard towels and a faulty tub spiket, there were positive aspects like a tasty breakfast selection and comfortable bedding. The staff, particularly Chuck at the front desk, demonstrated excellent customer service and the location was convenient for my visit to Newark airport from Florida.
