The building itself is aesthetic but the staff are very flighty. I politely let them know that the "serve yourself" water jug was running low because I had to tip it, to pour myself a glass of water. They said, "okay" but didn't refill it. Then a few moments later, another patron told them the same thing and they said, "we're on it!" But they weren't. Very strange. It was not busy by the way so this task should have been easily taken care of. I needed a second glass of water because my shiitake mushroom sandwich was very salty. And for $11 it was small and I was surprised it wasn't served with a small cup of coleslaw or potato salad or just garnished with a lettuce leaf & tomato. This was my first time at Honeycomb and my last. Too expensive for a salty and boring sandwich and no water!
