Always excellent!!!

Wife and I went there to check this place out. We ordered some brisket and a sausage. The meat had very little flavor and the sausage was almost too hard and dry to eat. The prices are half again higher than what meat sells for at other bbq places. We were disappointed. We will not be going back. Rudy's BBQ runs circles around this place.

I came from Colombia to Texas to take a tour of the best barbecue restaurants and Guess Family has definitely surprised me. I had the best brisket I have ever eaten in my life. I came back for brunch and everything was delicious too. Excellent attention and impeccable service. It's a MUST in Texas

I got two slices of meat for my money. I got more meat in the beans than I did on my plate. The meat was mostly fat and I couldn't feed a small child with the amount of meat. The side we're good and dessert was excellent. Unfortunately you eat bbq for the meat and this meat was dry. Very tough. Don't bother with this place.

Absolutely ridiculous! $30 worth of BBQ and no BBQ sauce! We had to fight to get 2 very small sides of sauce. We will not be back!

Very poor. Too expensive and not very enough meat. So if you have money to waste and not hungry. This is place to go
