June 15, 2018 about 8:45pm or so, entered your McDonald's store for the first time wanting to order two 1/4lb's and a large French fry. Looked at menu above and did not see listing for French fry. Note, very clean store on the inside a young lady did come up from behind and offered to service. Asked about missing French fry's on the above menu and she was not cretin to why, but did have memory as to size and price.
I did have a story, and she listened, at the time from (1963-1971), I mentioned I lived in Calif., and did carouse there in my car and as well as met my wife at a hamburger store (1965) called the "Big M" on E Street, San Bernardino, and just north on E Street, a new McDonald's. I started to tell my story, AND WAS ERUPTED by a McDonald employee walking up from behind to the order lady and began talking and in conversation with her, erupting my talking and order showing NO CONCERN about all that was going on between the order taker and myself. After a 30 or 40 sec time I excused myself for later time after they were finished talking. Backing away to the discard been and a short wait, I did leave and went next store to Burger King, placing my wife's and my order for a quick dinner in Angola, about 11miles north on NY Rt-5 at our cottage on lake Erie.

I am submitting this grievances / complaint to bring to your attention. NO ONE should have to experience this interruption when making a order / story, at any McDonald's. OH, to her credited, I think I did see her (after leaving the store) trying to get someone to help.

I am not looking for ANY THING from McDonald, etc., just want to bring to the attention of McDonald's management, my experience and wish not to see or do this again.

Again, the store was very clean and well organized. Very Nice!
